Injury prevention coaching

Don't have an injury and want to keep it that way? This is completely individualized to fit YOUR specific needs.
The best way to rehab an injury is to prevent it in the first place.

Phase 2 rehab

This is an excellent option for you if you are coming off rehab with another physical therapist, but are nervous about the return to lifting. This is the second phase of your rehab to help you get from "somewhat recovered" to crushing weights.

Low Back Pain

We take a unique approach to your rehab. While often times with a back injury, deadlifts and squats are the first to go, they are often two of the firsts in your program. We understand the need to stay in the gym lifting, so why not incorporate that into your rehab?

Shoulder Pain

Bench hurt? Shoulder press hurt? We keep you doing these things in a more tolerable fashion so this injury doesn’t sideline your gains.  Shoulder rehab doesn’t have to be boring.

Knee Pain

With knee pain, we understand that it doesn’t just come from the knee. Instead, by focusing on strengthening and improving the core, hip, knee and ankle, we can make drastic improvements surrounding  knee pain.

Rehabilitation

Our bread and butter. Rehabbing you back from injury into PR's. Here we offer a very extensive physical therapy evaluation where we find the true root cause of your pain and set you up for success by a unique rehab program. With options for in-person sessions or online-rehab, there is an option for you. We like to take a look at the full picture, including factors others may not consider so plan to spend a full hour with us 1-on-1.

Performance

Ready to take a deep dive into maximizing your performance? This program offers an in-person or online movement analysis with specific breakdowns into evaluating why you move the way you move. We take our physical therapy assessment knowledge and use it in a way to improve mobility, strength, and performance all while keeping you safe. With weekly check-in's and digital programming, you are sure to improve each of your lifts.

Linchpin

By definition, Linchpin is the small, yet vital piece in making the bigger piece work well and efficiently. This program design is just that. If you are worried about getting injuries, want to focus on mobility and strengthening to prevent pain or injuries, if you want to move better, perform better then this is for you. These workouts are quick, easy, and effective in 15 minutes or less to keep you injury free, and get you prepped for your lift.

Have a meet coming up and want to make sure you are ready to go? Been pushing your training, but just feel like you are having a hard time recovering?
Come in for 30-minute Recovery sessions where we use the latest recovery modalities to help decrease soreness, improve blood flow, and get you ready to lifting heavy weights.

Let me first say I have been to physical therapy for injuries and honest never had much success. When I first started working with Kaytlyn I had pain in my left shoulder from an old injury that was causing pain when I benched and had nerve pain down my entire left arm. I am a powerlifter and Kaytlyn didn’t just tell me i needed to rest or stop training the way i wanted to. Kaytlyn worked with me to continue to do what i love.
