This is an excellent option for you if you are coming off rehab with another physical therapist, but are nervous about the return to lifting. This is the second phase of your rehab to help you get from "somewhat recovered" to crushing weights.
We take a unique approach to your rehab. While often times with a back injury, deadlifts and squats are the first to go, they are often two of the firsts in your program. We understand the need to stay in the gym lifting, so why not incorporate that into your rehab?

Ready to take a deep dive into maximizing your performance? This program offers an in-person or online movement analysis with specific breakdowns into evaluating why you move the way you move. We take our physical therapy assessment knowledge and use it in a way to improve mobility, strength, and performance all while keeping you safe. With weekly check-in's and digital programming, you are sure to improve each of your lifts.
By definition, Linchpin is the small, yet vital piece in making the bigger piece work well and efficiently. This program design is just that. If you are worried about getting injuries, want to focus on mobility and strengthening to prevent pain or injuries, if you want to move better, perform better then this is for you. These workouts are quick, easy, and effective in 15 minutes or less to keep you injury free, and get you prepped for your lift.
